Bindery Associate

Location: Kearny Mesa, CA 92111

Shifts:

Morning Shift: Monday - Friday 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Day Shift: Monday - Friday 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM

Night Shift: Sunday - Thursday 10:30 PM - 7:00 AM, must be able to train Monday - Friday 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM

Pay: $17.50 - $18.50/hr

As a Bindery Associate you will learn the operation of post-press equipment, warehousing, and shipping responsibilities.

· Operate and maintain bindery equipment such as cutters, folders, drills, collators, and perfect binders to produce high-quality finished products.

· Review job tickets and specifications to ensure accuracy in cutting, folding, binding, and finishing.

· Perform quality checks throughout the production process to meet company standards and client requirements.

· Monitor inventory of bindery supplies, report shortages, and assist with restocking.

· Collaborate with press operators and other production staff to ensure deadlines are met.

· Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and perform routine equipment maintenance.

· Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

· Assist in packaging, labeling, and preparing finished products for shipping.
